Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show (failure to check-in on the scheduled date), 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Early Check-Out: Refunds will be processed based on the remaining duration of the stay, subject to a 1-night deduction as a penalty.

Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain promotional offers or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Please check the booking details for specific terms.

Hotel Policy

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-In Time: 2:00 PM | Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

ID Requirements: All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.

Booking & Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking or check-in. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets.

Visitor Policy: A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed per room. Visitors are permitted between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM only. Visitors are required to register at the front desk.

Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and common areas. A penalty will apply for violations. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property unless specified in the booking terms.

Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are provided daily. Guests are encouraged to cooperate with housekeeping staff for a clean and hygienic environment.

Noise Levels: Guests are requested to maintain a low noise level after 10:00 PM to ensure the comfort of others.

Damage to Property: Any damage caused to property will be chargeable to the guest.

Safety & Security: Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security purposes.

Rights of Admission: The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of guests not adhering to the policies.
